Dongguan Fenggang Zhongji Rongyao NC Tools Factory (CRM-ZJTOOLS) was established in the 1990s and has over 20 years of experience in providing metalworking solutions. Specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of tungsten carbide inserts (for threading, grooving, milling, and turning), solid carbide saw cutters, and turning tool holders, CRM-ZJTOOLS operates through a comprehensive group structure. This includes dedicated factories for inserts, saw blades, and tool holders, as well as an international business company and cutting tool shops in Shenzhen and Tianjin.

With a strong technical foundation, the factory employs over 120 skilled workers, supported by more than 5 R&D and application engineers, 8 technical sales professionals, and a robust QC team. The production facility is equipped with over 110 advanced machines, including CNC lathes, milling centers, grinding machines (outer, inner, face, surface), and high-precision inspection tools like projectors, contourgraphs, and microscopes. CRM-ZJTOOLS serves a diverse clientele across industries such as die & mould, automotive, aerospace, 3C electronics, luxury watchmaking, and household appliances, with notable customers including FOXCONN, Seagate, Gree, and Honda.

Renowned for its quality, more than 90% of CRM-ZJTOOLS’ carbide inserts outperform brands like ZCCCT and Korloy, while 80% match the standards of Taegutec, Mitsubishi, and Carmex. An impressive 82% of their turning tool holders are exported to Germany.
